The Redeemed Christian Church Of God(RCCG) commenced their annual congress yesterday at the Redemption Camp with Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer who started off with the topic entitled...The Flood Of Love. Thousands of people from the ends of the earth were brought together by the 2015 congress themed 'The Floodgates of Heaven' into the camp.
Pastor Adeboye revealed yesterday while speaking why the church, being one of the wealthiest in the world, still takes offerings.
And the highly-revered man of God states...
''Let me tell you the truth; the only reason we still take offerings is to get you out of poverty.From today if you’re not sure of your salvation don’t “ever” give when it’s time for offerings in RCCG. When you give offerings you’re sending money to heaven.”
